Hello, Exelon is having entitlement issues associated with Case #697245689.  TAC is telling them they don’t have access.   These are the Fireworks Firewalls. Exelon purchased smartnet.  Can you help us?

For the last few days every webex call that I join I'm put on mute.  Is there a setting to change so that does not happen again?   Thank you   Bobby
