I have set up email alerts and everything looks like it should be working. I get no errors from the mail relay but the email never gets sent. Does anyone know the path to the log file I can tail to see if CPAM is having an issue?
I have updated several. Saving the archives is a bit of a pain, but 7.0 performs so much better you'll never look back. Cisco has a special team set up to help ATP partners design and implement VSM7 conversions. I'll try to find a link.
Verify the firmware on the camera is up to date and make sure the model in the batch administration page is correct. If those are correct I would try to delete and reinstall.
