ASA5516-FPWR-K8 power on but not booting

Dear all, we've ordered and received 04 set of ASA5516-FPWR-K8. After checking carefully 4 sets, we found 01 set of ASA5516-FPWR-K8 power on but not booting while the rest (03 sets) are ok: Power on and can boot. Someone can help me to fix this issue...
