first issue, sorry no clue.second issue, do you have the MTU size set to 9216 on the L3 join interface? or better yet, on all interfaces that can possibly be in the path from the datacenter to the dr site?
Its my understanding that you can configure FEX ports as SOURCE ports only, not SPAN port destinations... That will have to be done on the 5K ports directly.
We found the exact same problem here... been trying to figure out what we did wrong for a few days. Quick fix: change the first character of the mac address from 6 to 0. CheersJeff
