Fixed the issue with an IOS update. There were no specific points in release notes about this but it fixed it. Now running c3750-advipservicesk9-mz.122-46.SE.bin Or maybe it was the fourth reset.
sho ip nat tran is showing the dialer0 IP for Inside Global, so the traffic is matching from the proper hosts, but it's acting like the hosts have no access. I know it's because I had to deny them on the normal Internet ACL.
