try using virtual interfaces instead of dialer interface.

you need to use Async/Sync interface, you can't configure a modem on a sync interface.I guess you can use the AUX port instead.BR,Winnie

also try removing on of the pool member, and just use dialer pool-memebr 1 for both dialer profile in conjunction with the dialer remote-name commands on both dialer intefaces.

The easiest way will be to configure dialer profile and bind it with "isdn caller". then you can configure "timeout absolute " under the dialer interface then.Hope it helps.BR,Winnie
