Could you please describe more in detail what you mean with "no signal" ? In which direction ?
If you do PTT on IDC, could you speak to radio ? Did you hear signal from radio on IDC ?

I'm afraid MTR3000 doesn't have E&M port. I don't know radio's with E&M ports - it doesn't mean any such radios doesn't exists

Did you try following test - dial into SIP phone integrated into IDC, then create Patch with Radio Channel or VTG (with your GM-300 radio) ? Or you were using IPICS phone service ?
