Need a little more detail here, what phone are you using? Do you have cell coverage? What error are you receiving if any.

This may not be the best response for Cisco wireless forum, but in my opinion I would start with the CWNA-106 (Certified Wireless Network Administrator). This is a vendor neutral certification that provides a great foundation to build upon. Good luck!

If you have DHCP Proxy disabled and you don't have a DHCP server ip configured on the wlc your request will be forwarded to the DFGW on VLAN10. If this is the case use the IP Helper address command on the Vlan Interface and point it to your the DHCP server IP address.
If your issues still exists, capture a debug client output and post it.
Cli into the WLC and issue the command below.
debug client <MAC ADDRESS OF CLIENT>
The debug client command is a macro and enables various other debugs including DHCP packet enable debug, which could be useful.

Robby - Check the link below and take a look at the 5ghz requirments. I dont know what your density or design looks like but ultimately you should run a physical survey. Yea Prime as Saravanan mentions, if you have one or two AP just console in and rock it. If you have a multiple APs you may want to DNS it.. Let me if this helps..
