I also having issues sshing to devnetsandboxiosxe.cisco.com.Getting this messager "kex_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset by peer Connection reset by 131.226.217.181 port 22". It was working just fine from the same machine last week.

Hi Glenn,has this been resolved for you? I am having the same issue - have installed in multiple systems (Linux/MAC/Windows) but same issue...default admin/admin wont work and I have tried all things from waiting for over a day to restarting all dock...
