Check out https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCux87583/?rfs=iqvredCSCux87583 provides workaround for multiple hung ssh sessions. From out-of-band console, configure "no feature ssh" and then "feature ssh" to clear all ssh connections.
