My VPN Client able to login to PIX 506E but not able to logon to LAN Network. Anyone can help me?

Is anybody can help me setting up my PIX506E for accepting connection from Cisco VPN Client. I have tried using from PDM 3.0, but not successfull. Anybody can help me? I want my VPN client read my internal WINS and able to login WINDOWS NT domain.
