If logging in for the first time, enter the following default credentials: •default username: localadmin •default password: secur4u Note: The default username “localadmin” cannot be changed. This is in the Cisco documentation: "Cisco Video Surveillance Manager Operations Manager User Guide", page 4-3 •admin—assigned to the super_admins user group, which gives the user super_admin_role permissions. The admin is a root system user and cannot be modified or deleted. The default admin username and password is admin/admin. Note: A super-user is anybody that has all permissions at the root location. •operator—assigned to the operators user group, which gives the user operator_role permissions. The default username and password is operator/operator. Note: A local-admin user account is not included by default. You must add a user and add them to a user group associated with the local_admin_role, if necessary.

I have tried uninstalling IE9 and running only IE8. It would still crash. It only does it when I watching the camera feed from the "IP/Network Camera > Details". As soon as the video start it crashes ther page. Sometimes, it doesn't do it. I have not been able to correlate it to anything in particular. Mostly because I'm busy trying to troubleshoot camera issues and just fight through it. But it's pretty frustrating. I have no issues viewing camera feeds from inside the camera web page. It's fine in the Forensic Search. Pretty much everywhere else is fine. Although, it does seem to crash from time to time anyway.
