I can not insert a mac filtering with admin account ,and wlc appear message “authorization Failed. no sufficient privileges”. but sometimes i can insert a mac into mac filtering.anyone knows what's going wrong? and how can i fix that. thanks
I have check on our radius server . there don't have any account name of "neil" . one of our engineer delete the "admin" account from the "Local management user" list . now this account "neil" with User Access Mode "ReadWrite".
