Hi @R2C CCIE/CWNE , It appears that the configurations you provided are not the only one involved in the overall topology. Can you please provide a topology and all of the configurations?

Hi @smartengr3 , Make sure that "ipv6 unicast-routing" is configures in global configuration mode and that the prefixes configured on the interface(s) are /64 prefixes.
