We never did find a solution for this. I believe our customer was going to pick up an inexpensive POE switch to power the AP instead of using the power injector. Sorry I don't have a better answer for you.
Yes it the AP works fine if you plug it in directly to our Cisco 3560 but it doesn't work if plugged into our Linksys Poe switch. Have tried different cables and the same symptoms.Sent from Cisco Technical Support iPhone App
