Cisco 2504 with two Air-AP2702i blinking red green and black

Hi guys, I have setup one wlc with latest software with two AP. They are joining my controller but they don't have green light they blinking red green and "black"any ideas? i have setup 2504 with 2602 before with no certain problem kind regards
