The Device was show unlicensed if you do not apply the Protect and Control. After you have that License, you will be able to add on URL and Malware to it.

I would suggest opening a TAC case to run any scripts.
For the script you mentioned, on the CLI just type managed_pruning and hit enter. You will then be presented options to choose from.
