Dear Sakthi ,i think this should having some OS related issue since it is desinged with customized linux IOS.we need to check with new OS instance.Regards,Sakthivel P

Hi sakthi,,is there any chance to restore the taken backup of acs server through CLI.as it is not showing the list of backups taken to restore through GUI.Thanks & regards,sakthivel P
