I just bought a Cisco Air-SAP 1602I-A-K9 and am trying to use the GUI to set it up. I can't even get to the GUI. I connected the RJ45 cable to the console on the Cisco side and the other side to the ethernet side of my computer and used the browser...

I connected the AP to a DHCP server on a Checkpoint firewall. But because the radio is not turned on, I cannot see the assigned ip address.

I did connect the RJ45 to the aironet ethernet port and the other end to the ethernet port of the computer and I still can't brint it up. I am using a separate power supply for the cisco 1602. I am trying to do initial config.
