How do I factory Reset a Linksys RV082 when the reset button will not work?

I have an RV082 Linksys Router. I cannot get to the Utility page at 192.168.1.1. I have tried to reset the router by holding in the button for over 60 seconds. I am using XP IE 8 with Panda .Please Help.Jeff                         Can anyone help???...
