I used access lists with time range and everything works fine. When I reload the router I found out that nothing works because the time and date are reset to the factory ones(some date in 1993). How can I make the time and date to be saved.thanks

I would like somebody to explain me why I can assign an ip address to every fastethernet port of the layer 2 switch?What I know is that I can assign an ip address to vlans and not to the port directly.thanks
