All the Champs, Why my Cisco aironet 3600 went to the upgarding mode on daily basis, it takes 3 to 4 hours to upgrade the firmware and after that we are able to see the SSIDS and connect any of them. is there problem in AP memory ?

Sir,,Yes we upgarded WLC software but after that AP behavior is not the same, almost 5 days have been passed but still its indicating Green steady light, if you see in the attachment the controller IP is missing. do i need to update the controller ip...
