Come up with this probem while trying to set up remote backup. Ive tried a few times and finally got nfs to work to my server, but it was the wrong directory it was pointing at.
Now when trying to add another directory it comes up with the erro...

Its not that you have a policy or acl called unknown object ? Or a filter or something you named like that to specify its unknown and you forgot about it ? ( i know it could happend to me)

You can ssh to your ftd ip using putty or other programs. Log in there and you get cli.
In mine its just Firepower-module1>
There you can ping your device like it was a cmd prompt
and you exit the cli by typing exit
