Unable to launch Cisco CLI Analyzer 3.6.8 on Monterey

While attempting to launch Cisco CLI Analyzer 3.6.8 on Monterey, the app bounces a couple times in the dock and then dies. I've tried deleting the app and settings in ~/Library, but still have issues. It appears to be some permission issue with MacOS...
