i have a 3750 w/ lx gbic connecting to extreme gig switch via single-mode fiber. extreme shows link-light, but i don't see link on my side (3750). are there any gotchas when connecting to extreme? when i connect the same port to a 6509, i'm fine. ...
From all that I've read, CCA doesn't seem to work as well in a large campus type of network unless you're using VLANs. If you're routing on every link what Option makes the most sense?Also, please verify that CCA is Client-Less.
I'd like to know if the 3750 supports IP Destination NAT. I'm unable to tell if the new 12.2 code supports the function or not. I'm currently running 12.1(19)EA1c and it seems as if that code does not support NAT.Thanks.
Can you configure the Pix-525 ver 5(3) to do policy-based routing? I know how to do this on the routers, but i'm not sure if the firewall can do the same.Thanks.
I'm not sure I agree with your comment about CCA providing a 'client-less' solution. I was under the impression that you still had to have some kind of client running on the remote machine. Is that not the case? OR is that an 'option'?
