We're changing the hostname and IP address during the migration to a new VM, will there be any down time on the existing CUCM? Can this be done with out any business impact?
You need to add a SELECT key in theephone template for softkeys hold.Then when you have the 2 calls on hold press the select key for both lines, you will see a check box.after both are selected then press join.
