I have 2 switches with nothing but basic configuration(boot config-no traffic/no zoning) with the issue.  2 others in prod with the same issue.  Please check your switches and open a tac so they fix it.  

My TAC was opened before I posted.  Everyone that has an MDS most likely has this issue and needs to open a tac for it so they actually fix it. Thanks for you kind response.

Update was applied.  It's not fixed.  Please check your switches.   sh system resources
