Whether there is an opportunity on Cisco Soho 77 to register filtration MAC addresses? Or to make static ARP the table that new MAC addresses in it were not added?

At us is a little Cisco SOHO 77. I dynamically far off can operate a packet filtration (to change filters) with Unix, say, on RSH? If it is possible how to make this procedure most safely?
