Hello i have got the same issue, i installed the patch 6.3.0, still scheduled synchronisation don't work.Manually the sync. works fine.

same issue with cat3k_caa-universalk9.SPA.03.06.08.E.152-2.E8.bin and cat3k_caa-universalk9.SPA.03.07.05.E.152-3.E5.bin i have 2x 3850-12S in a stack and 2x c3850-nm-4-10G modules

same issue with 9300L stack and softwareversion 17.03.04 * 1 29 C9300L-24P-4X 17.03.04 CAT9K_IOSXE INSTALL2 53 C9300L-48P-4X 17.03.04 CAT9K_IOSXE INSTALL

had the same issue, without stackmodule. the only thing that solved the issue was to plug off the power cable for more than 2 minutes and plug it back. than the switch was booting up corretly. BR
