We just migrated from CUCM and I noticed that our phone displays are not turning off after business hours. We have the Cisco 8865 phones. Is there somewhere in the control hub that controls this on the phones?
We did find the backlight timer but users are used to seeing the display on all the time so we thought we would look into it.Thank you for confirming what I thought about the business hours and the display,
