Is there any possible way to recover the password on a WS-C1400?--Russ

I've recently acquired a Cisco WS-C3016B. Unfortunately, it appears as though the onboard battery is dead. (The error message on boot: FATAL SYSTEM ERROR: SS_RTC_Initialize: The Clock's Battery is Dead.)Is this a servicable battery I can replace? ...
