You can use below command for silent install Setup_x64_Release.exe /6x=skip /prev=silent /msi=/quiet

I'm assuming by VSM you mean Media Server. 1. Login to CDAF console of the MediaServer, go to Server Administration -> Server Settings 2. Under Services, click "Remove from Operations Manager"
