Received EAPOL LOGOFF from mobile on WLC

Hi All,   Currently, we are using WLC 5508, Software version 8.0.121.0. Wirelress client is iPods. However the WLC always receive error message line "Received EAPOL LOGOFF from mobile xx.xx.xx.xx.xx.xx"then iPods disconnected.   Anyone know the cause...
