I've converted a couple of these things in the past with no issue but when I go to convert this 1815i over from CAPWAP to Mobility Express using this line:

Actually I figured it out. I did the archive download cmd of the mobility express first then ran the ap-type mobility-express tftp cmd and then once more ran simply the ap-type-mobility-express cmd and it works now
I had same issue. Here's how to convert:
1)You need to download the mobility express firmware for your device
2)Use a TFTP software (I used TFTPD64) to host the firmware (keep it in the .tar format)
