Good to hear jwood.ok, I assumed there is a CLI method, I have not received a reply to two private messages to cisco - any chance you can share what was given to you?
We have the same update issue, in our case it is a net new install of 2.10.0.1 (because our functional 2.9.0.2 prompts us to upgrade to 2.9.0.15 but fails to do so) . Neither the "Upgrade Now" or scheduled upgrade buttons do anything... Fun times.
