I've been using MDM on my windows 10 laptop for at least two years, and in the last week, the mouse functionality stopped working. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Meraki PCC Agent with no luck. Any other thoughts?
Can you try rediscovering the entire firewall back into CSM? That generally clears up funkiness between CSM and the firewall. Right click on the main firewall link, right click, "Discover Policies on Device(s)"
