Thank you very much jmaurer1205 for that information. It has also worked for me. I thought I had lost my Cisco 7970 IP Phone but the screen which was blank/black/dark is now working properly.

Hi Eric, i was only able to download 140 MB and it stopped. I tried several yesterday but it wass the same problem. So what can we do to solve the problem it seems i am not the only one with the same problem. Please help Sir.
