Upgrade AP1832i firmware to ME without service agreement

I got a new CISCO AP1832i-S-K9 Need firmware upgrade to make it work alone. However i cannot download firmware from Cisco.com. It said "To Download this software, you must have a valid service contract associated to your Cisco.com profile."

That means i have no way to download ME firmware on the internet? Need to contact local service support team but they are off today .
