I have an SX10 unit succesfully registered with CUCM 10.5, I am unable to get an option to sign in to extension mobility has anyone come across this? I am using a remote control unit.

Yes I did get it working using a touch 10 unit, the touch 10 unit needs it's own Ethernet connection. I followed the guide on the TC7 release notes.

Yes I did see that but I cannot find anywhere in the documentation that states it doesn't support extension mobility with the TRC6 (remote control) and that you would need the touch 10. I suspect you might be right, I think I will raise a query with ...
