Thanks for your help. The reason why it doesnt work is: the other Client (802.11a) works on 5 and on 2.4 GHz. I disabled the 2.4 GHz and it works. I dont know why the 802.11a Client disturbs the 802.11g Client, but it works an i am happy. ;-)
