Okay, I talked to Cisco and they verified that the problem is the NM-2W. I have enough RAM and flash to get the 12.2(26) version. Looks like I am upgrading my IOS to that version.Thanks for your help.

I checked and I do not have the V2 version of the WIC. I looked up the documentaion and it states that the IOS needed is what I currently have installed. The NM 2W light doesn't light up either, I would think that at least that would light up even if...
