Is it possible to upgrade the 1100 radio from b to g similar to the 1200?

All our 1200ap's are running off vxworks version 12.04, do I still need to revert back to 12.03 before I can upgrade to IOS?

Any recommendations for a usb wireless adapter which supports tkip encryption with Cisco's leap. I am considering the Dell 1300. Does Linksys support this configuration? Any others?
