We are still having this issue with our MX67C's on Firmware 26.1.5 the cellular uplink shows connecting and is a down connection in the Meraki dashboard summary. Even when i set the cellular modem as disabled under uplinks.
Did you have to reach out to your Cisco Meraki rep to unlock this? We are in the same position with multiple locations that have fridge monitoring. We would like to be able to assign access to individual networks.
Maybe try disabling the VPN on the site with issues and re enabling, or even reboot the MX. That is odd it shows not connected to the cloud. Might have to put in a support ticket.
