Is it possible to bond (2) PRI circuits for data transmission on a ISR 4431 using one NIM-2CE1T1-PRIs between 2 sites to create a 3MB circuit using a another ISR 4431 and NIM-2CE1T1-PRI ?

What you need is NIM-2CE1T1-PRI module with IP base image if the connections will be used for data only.
