The WAP4400N is EOL. While the occasional Cisco employee posts sympathetic messages in this thread, there has never been even the slightest hint that a fix is forthcoming. I would suggest that many have learned a lesson about Linksys Business produ...
Falling back to TKIP is acceptable as a resolution to the problem? I think we'll just have to agree to disagree on that. Swapping the AP with a non-Linksys product will also solve the problem.
Hi BillI couldn't agree more. That Cisco is suggesting going to TKIP as a workaround is unconscionable, IMHO. At this point, it seems pretty clear that an actual firmware fix is not forthcoming.
Thanks for the follow up John. I don't hold out much hope that the SBSC can help me. They're just going to tell me to do all the things they told me to do before (change channel, reset to defaults, static IP, etc).
