Could someone please extend the existing PCCE lab reservation I have. I also 5 more vpn users under my my reservation, which I need to be extended too.
Among the 5 vpn users - I see vpn user-02, 03 fail vpn connections. Not sure why they stopped.
But I do have user01, 04, 05 along with my original user - plobonoble still connecting. We are ok with having just 3 additional vpn users now, but only need the reservation extended, as we are yet to finish some QA testing.

Hi, I am testing Cisco's Outbound API's through my web application interface on a Linux server(CentOS 6.9) machine. Followed the below instructions to setup the anyconnect client and connect vpn : Copy over the installer( anyconnect-linux64-4.6.00362-predeploy-k9.tar.gz ) to the user's home directory (/home/<user>) $ tar zxvf anyconnect-*.tar.gz $ cd anyconnect-*/vpn $ sudo ./vpn_install.sh Accept the terms and let the installation finish. $ /opt/cisco/anyconnect/bin/vpn -s connect <devnet sandox lab address> Prompts for username and password, provide the username and password. Note: I do not have a GUI interface installation, I setup the anyconnect client through terminal. Also, I have the anyconnect tar.gz installer downloaded on my local windows machine downloads directory, I transfer the installer to the linux server machine through a ftp client(filezilla/winscp). The above instructions I have referred from https://devnetsandbox.cisco.com/Docs/VPN_Access/AnyConnect_Installation_Guide.pdf The installation guide was not clear very detailed for Linux, and did not include the linux installer link as well. My question is, have I missed any step above? Hi, I came across this discussion and thought you could guide me here, coz I am dealing with something similar. My application previously worked with cisco dialer, where campaigns were created using cisco outbound tool. We would send records to the dialer through FTP and hit the dialer_detail table, tcd table for the call resultsin a simialr way as described in here in the discussion thread. However, I am now integrating my application to create campaigns/send records/ fetch call results and status using the outbound API. My concern is, I am sending the records to the dialer, through the import API - create. However, when I have to need to get back the call outcome (most of the data that I previously fetched from dialer_Detail and tcd table), I am not sure what API to invoke. The Import API - get call does not fetch me all the fields (agenID, pheripheral number, routerCallkey, etc). If any of you have worked with the Outbound API, kindly help.

Hi, I am using Import API- create to send records to the dialer. I have trouble fetching the call results. Per the API document, the IMport API-get/list will give me records back with a callresultOverall field, but I need more information than that one field. Previously, we hit the campaign DB directly to fetch fields from dialer_detail table. I need to fetch the same info through API now. Below select statement fields is what I am looking for : select AccountNumber, CampaignID, AgentPeripheralNumber, CallResult, Phone, PeripheralID, PeripheralCallKey, CallStatusZone1, CallStatusZone2, DbDateTime, DateTime, QueryRuleID, DialingMode, DialingListID, RouterCallKeyDay, RouterCallKey from DIALER_DETAIL_TABLE Kindly respond.admin Thanks.

Hi, I am using Import API-create to send records to the dialer for a given campaignId. When I process calloutcomes, I use ImportAPI-list to fetch the call results. However, the fields that I am looking for are not present in the response - DateTime, Phone, PeripheralCallKey, PeripheralID, AgentPeripheralNumber, DialingListID, RouterCallKey, RouterCallKeyDay When I go over te API docs, I do find PersonalCallBack API - list returns some of the above fields in each record. But since I do not invoke PersonalCallBack API - create, I think if I invoke list, I may not get any results. Hi, I am using the campaign outbound api to perform create/read/update/delete campaigns. There are certains xml elements whose values are constants, but I am not certain on all the possible String values for these elements. They are : 1. amdTreatmentMode 2. campaignPurposeType 3. rescheduleCallbackMode I need to know all possible values that these 3 fields could possibly have. I might need to map them in my application to an Enum type. Sample get resposne xml shows these elements with thier default values like : <amdTreatmentMode>abandonCall</amdTreatmentMode> <campaignPurposeType>agentCampaign</campaignPurposeType> <rescheduleCallbackMode>useCampaignDN</rescheduleCallbackMode> Appreciate your quick response.
