Yes, I have an IP received from an external dhcp and I can ping my AP from the WLC Also, if I make a packet dump with the C9800, I can see with Wireshhark that the CAPWAP request are received by the WLC
Problem solved
We add a new HyperV controler to be able to migrate from VMware to HyperV
The new Aps just attached to the new one ... after updating to the latest version
