Are you using Smart tunnel on bookmark? Is the bookmark set up by name or IP address? Do you have a third party certificate on the outside interface of ASA?
If you do not find the commands, I would suggest you apply the configurations from ASDM and then look into the running configurations.show run webvpnshow run group-policyMost likely these two outputs will give you the answer you are looking for.
