Is there a way to configure the PIX to load share across these two T-1's? I have looked at the failover by having a second PIX but is there another way? I want to be able to utilize both at the same time to decrease the load on the primary.

Upgrade the first router to 12.0 and it will work. I had the same problem with 11.2 code and when I upgraded the problem was resolved. (mirror the configuration fo the second router to the first as well)

One thing you can try if you haven't already is hard code the speed and duplex on the ports of the switch along with the NIC card. Another thing you may want to look at is that if the switch is set to auto auto it will only auto sense half duplex. ...
