CSCvm86891 - ENH SAML support with SBL (Start Before Logon) - 1- What happened to all of the previous posts on this bug? There were quite a few posts from people who want to see this issue resolved, and they are all gone now. What gives, Cisco?

Unfortunately no, we never did, and Cisco stated that they have no plans to fix it anytime soon due to security concerns with regards to the browser portion necessary in order to facilitate the login.
